One of the 1st persons I would look for at any class event would be or would have been my dear friend Helen Loechel! I'm so sad to hear this...She introduced me to one of the first loves of my life...and I realize now that I loved you almost as much or maybe more than I loved him... then we all went separate ways after graduation. I'm so sad that I did not get to say goodbye and I love you to my friend Helen. It's in my older age that I realize how immature, self-centered and totally thoughtless about what is important in life we are, or at least I was when we're supposed to be grown up and taking on the world! Heaven help the world! I pray I will see Helen again and get to tell her all the things I did not get to say here--it will be a huge catching up, or if just what is important, very short & sweet. I believe when we die saved, we all know each other and also know what is in our hearts and minds about each other and everything and love is the most important thing--for Our Lord & for all brothers and sisters! I would love to know more about Helen's life or her passing-- if anyone knows, please share! OK? I'm grateful to this platform for just this reason. Thank you Helen!
