I loved Doug Moe for a long time. He gave me free Beatles records before they were released, making me feel pretty special! I can't listen to Sgt Pepper without thinking of him. What a terrible loss. I would have loved to see him at the reunion to thank him for having such a special place in my life.
Doug was very special. My girlfriend and I would pass notes in English class about him. We had a code name Durang for him. The name did not mean anything buyt Doug, but we were safe guarding just in case we got caught! He also would send the funniest Christmas cards. We took German together. I am sad to hear of his passing. I have very fond memories. I think many of us were in love with Doug!
