I knew Suzie since second grade at Roosevelt. I remember going to the Del Mar theater with her to a matinee in second grade to see the Three Stooges going into outer space. She was wearing a ring her boyfriend Jimmy had given her, and we looked at the way it glowed in the dark. She was always so cute and popular with boys.
